Hi, I’m Natalie,

A warm welcome to my site!

I would like to start by saying, whatever you are facing, you don’t have to go through it alone! Life is full of challenges and ups and downs, and it can be so much easier when we have help and support to navigate this journey.

I support the people I work with using a wonderful technique called EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also known as tapping. EFT is gentle and compassionate whilst also being highly effective. Each session is personally tailored to you — your pace, your needs, your life. I’ll meet you exactly where you are and support you in the way that feels most helpful for you.

Maybe you are struggling with anxiety, stress or self doubt, or emotions like anger, guilt and resentment. You might be feeling stuck with old habits or patterns, or weighed down by painful memories.
